#1523818 No titles in accordion blocks

#1633058 Notice: Undefined index: content in accordion_block_content()

New features:

• All node settings was moved from module settings to node settings forms. It means that now you are able to choose any settings per node type.
• Added possibility to choose message source (not only node body, but any other text field).

This is the dev release. Full 1.0-alpha1 to come.

OpenAPI was changed to Oauth 2.0.

New features:

• OpenAPI was changed to Oauth 2.0. It means that no more js! Now nodes will be sent by a server automatically!
• Now any user that have access to post nodes to vk.com could do it, not only administrator.

Changes:

• Removed checkbox "Enable Vkontakte Crossposter" from settings form.
• Settings form has new UI.
• Code clean-up.

Bug fixes:

• No more conflicts with Overlay module.
• Fixed problem with getting access token.
