Tinynav would fail to install correctly when used with an installation profile. At this point in the operation it mimics libraries API to locate the library

Added the IE background-size:cover workaround as an option and support for media queries.

Bug fixes

• Book Bid now finds the associated book id
• Parent associations within the hierarchy are now maintained
• If no value is provided to the type and weight importers it defaults to logical ones

New features

• If a book to associate things to is called but has no parent defined it generates a new book, this allows you to import multiple books at once and maintain originating association.
