#1440902: Display differents profiles as tabs under user/register

Bug fix:
#1556538: PDO Exception when blocks are enabled

Fixes for:
#1556520: Fields in groups do not display on registration form
#1572792: Administrator cannot access profile type fields when creating a user that exists at /user/register

Added update hook for migration from 7.x-1.x to 7.x-2.x. Blocks now store settings per-delta instead of sharing configurations.

Fixed issue where users would see a "some content is hidden" message if that setting was active. This has been used in production for several months and I feel is stable enough to set as a full release.

Fixed a few minor bugs, and fixed broken upgrade script.
