Fix javascript hover.

This is the starting point for the module. It works for the client that required the production of this module, but heavy testing is required before a full release can be considered. Use this at your own risk.

• The ddlines question type now supports content translations
• Improved the way the user adds alternatives to the ddlines question type

This is a first release for drupal 7 core as official release.

Long overdue, a few pesky bugs have been squashed, including adding a new feature that is also sort of a bug fix.
