• Removed old D6 code that was not used anymore.
• Minor coding standard fixes.

- critical: fixed test setup (a test setup wouldn't be flagged "complete" previously, causing every test to fail)
- fixed table schema updated issue during "fixture generate"

Fixes critical problem with patch for apps.

Fixed an important bug which bloated the queue table when using the cron refresh mode. Preventing as well the refreshing of entities.

This release fixe that.

First stable release for Drupal 7. About time don't you think.
