New features since the beta1 release:

1. Let the admin select a view for custom breadcrumb mods.
2. Update the view.
3. Make the CSS more portable.
4. #1951210: Check for existence of the required migration class.
5. #1951210: Add a separate migration to create Redirect entities directly.

Once I test the latest features on my own sites, I plan to make a release candidate.
