1. Hide bean if no items to display.
2. Fix WSOD on bean pages when return_empty.

New features:

• Changed site-wide fieldset identification from temporary to persistent (DB based).

Bug fix:

• Cookies will now really survive browser sessions. ;-)

Important notes:

• Please make sure to run update.php after updating.
• Due to a fundamental internal data design change, all recently stored fieldset statuses will have no more effect and will need to be collected again.

Fixed a PHP notice message issue when there were no excludes present.
