Changes since 7.x-6.7:

This is the new branch for the Drupal 7 version of the module.

Initial release in 7.x-1.0.

• Adding configurable CSV export capability.
• #1671124: Hide empty header by parraccourci, don't theme an empty table header

Fixed issue #1851824, whereby re-ordering a menu with overridden items would cause them to disappear. The solution was to update 'external' => 1 in the menu_links table on form update.

Added local.css, new block regions. See the release notes.
