This is new release that I hope will check out as a stable release.
Bug fixed only, no new features.

The following bugs have been fixed:

• Issue #1129786: Fatal error with module flexiaccess.
• Issue #1200546: D7 IA standards: Use admin/config/people for module configuration path.
