This release fixes module dependencies and a small blocks placement issue.

Started 7.x-3.x dev branch. The main objective here is to clean up and optimise the code, as well as refactoring the approach to use hook_field_attach_view_alter() instead and be able to support any text field from any entity, not just nodes.

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! IT WILL BREAK STUFF, BADLY. A beta will be released when stuff is ready, thanks.

Oops, turned out I tagged 2.2 a while ago but never released it, I apologise. Turns out I also botched the 2.3 release so this is the new official, working release.
