This was meant to be a short-lived project, but it's more convenient to allow folk to download it, so that means I need to promote it to get a downloadable release.

Lots of additions and improvements to the checklist contents in this release.

Initial module release.

Version 2.2. features bug fixes and improvements to the Lingotek Dashboard. This version is optimized for users wanting to translate their web site via machine translation and includes:
* the ability to automatically download translations via a callbackURL
* simplified language management features in the Dashboard
* payment plans for adding additional languages (MT of the first language is free)
