This release will tackle #1908518: 1 step insert could cause memory issue and #1681908: Support Migration of Term reference field to Entity Reference field.

- Refactoring code;
- Adding hover and anchor configs for mosaic;

Initial 7.x conversion.

I'm hitting the ground running with an RC. I've been using it myself for long enough, so who needs betas and alphas?

There'll probably be way too many RCs before I release a 1.0. I dunno. I haven't thought this through too much.
