This is only a development release, all is working fine, but some features / optimisation for flexibility will be added before the offical release.

* added option to map content types to item types of recommenderghost
(until now every content type was an ITEM, now you can create / map custom ones)
* refactored blocks so that theming is now in templates
* smaller improvement to standard CSS of blocks that makes it easier to theme
* added JS custom callback functionality
* now allows to add more than 1 block in Javascript mode
