Issue #1923262 by dillonkin: Rendering the default heights of the Facebook block instead of a fixed height

Changes since 7.x-1.0:

• Added retries to domain checking and reenabling possibility on cron.
• More robust code, fixing edge cases.

Fixes XSS and CSRF vulnerabilities and tightens up SQL parameters using placeholders as well.
Also introduces support for table prefixes.

Initial release.
