Bug fixes / New features

New Features for TaxRelatedBean!

1. Allow TaxRelatedBean blocks to show results related to current user.
2. Optionally append unmatched results to show up at the end of the list.
3. Added offset value to allow users to skip some results.

Additional Bug Fixes

1. Changed plugin autoloading so module does not break install profiles.
2. Check if page returns ids before using key (fixes annoyance when no entities exist on an empty site).

Created a clean branch with *clean* code and a more appropriate beta1 version.

This is purely a management issue and not code issue.

I pledge the 2.x branch will have stable APIs.
