Initial alpha release. The module should be functional and stable, but hasn't been tested in vivo.

Unstable, development snapshot.

• Update to Drupal core 7.21
• Update to CKEditor 4.0.2
• Added and enabled Admin_menu by default
• Fixed installation issue

Continued porting of phppm to D7. Mostly fixing the theming of various forms.

This is the first release candidate. It is mainly created to allow new features in the dev branch and get a stable release for the 7.x branch. There are no bug fixes included in it.
