First dev release.

This release is fully tested and should work fine. Every reported bug will be fixed and more features will be added with the next updates.

Aside from fixing a few small css-related bugs, we also added two new features. One is a major feature that integrates the workbench suite of modules to implement an editing workflow, so that editors can moderate and publish content written by other users on the site. Another is the transliteration of page titles, which may help for search engines when titles contain words like Bahá'í; almost nobody searches for it with the diacriticals.

Drupal core has also been updated to 7.21.

500px Core API release:
