Disable Supersized on mobile devices using Browscap module for browser detection. Added status report.

No changes made, same as development as there were no bugs.

- Fixed integration with Drupal 7
- Fixed calendar listing (duplicates) for Chamilo 1.9.6 (still to be released at time of writing)
- SSO connection to Chamilo disabled temporarily
- Added comments in code
- Moved back global settings to module configuration (instead of user config)

Dev-branch for the upcoming release. Changes include:

• Switch to an OOP-style API.

Roadmap:

Preliminary release of module after port of code from D5 to D7, plus some additional changes to increase the resilience of the module.

Added Browscap support.
