IMPORTANT : the roles "rid" has been changed from a serial integer to a varchar(32) machine name.
An upgrade path has been added to perform the convertion.

Main features added:

• RealAuth Remote functionality
• ability to configure different sub-accounts by card type
• #1918222 - Added 3D Secure support

Other changes:

This is the most substantial update since moving to the RC phase of development in terms of accuracy of build, added support for automating of library locations, accuracy of patch, module and theme location (checks d.o. if no info provided), and additional API hooks for developers.

Bug Fixes

• #1899426: pcre.recursion_limit issue with exported variables more variables removed automatically
• #1908480: Features detection not working if the feature is not in the "Features" package more accurate detection of non-"Feature" category features
• Detection for multiple profiler_builder based distributions to live in the same folder
• notices cleaned up as well as code formatting
• Patches for projects not included in the make file have been removed
• Variables export disabled by default to avoid potential unrecognized conflict with exported features
• Drush export options modified to match the form defaults of using it through the site
