First real release of OpenBrewery, includes the ability to display beer content-types, staff profiles, age verification, markdown, and lots of other things.

#1941056: Remove db_result call

• Update Ctools to 1.3 (Security release).
• Update Commerce Skrill to 1.2 (Security release).
