Config options are no wunder Configuration/Content Authoring and list/moderate reviews is now accessible via the content admin page.

Includes updating to latest release of Drupal core as well as the of the following modules: Ctools, Comment notify, Message, Metatag, RedHen, Views, Libraries API.
Open Layers has not been updated as we were hitting some incompatibilities with the Debut Location feature.

Initial development release. This release will be used to validate the current implementation and if we will continue with the current backlog.
