#1923904: Searching for users causes date and author fields to throw errors
#1874416: All dates are displayed as the first or last of the month

fixes a ton of issues: adds IE7 support, HTML support in slider description, adds the ability to modify/remove the copywrite and credit.

Promoting sandbox to project

- Add in settings from magic hooks
- Finalize the settings changes with stuff
- Moved many things into Magic for 3.0. Be warned.

Solve issue where the global page was flipping out.
