Fixed bug with answer slider js

Fix for #1988868: Numerical zero value (0) returned as empty cell.

Dev branch for D7 for Webform Constant Contact.

Fixed:
- Issue #1993596 : Using glob failed on some servers, rewrote directory parsing using traditional methods.

renamed frontend file so that it can be seen by potx module; removed accountant role; improved upgrade to profile_address fields; improved cforge_reset_menu_links & cforge_reset_translations; better cron cleanup to keep the database small.
This release is part of Cforge's new update management process.
