minor fixes

• Added "Clear current page cache" link with Core/Boost support. Link integrated in Admin menu and Shortcut modules.
• Added settings page admin/config/development/performance/ui_cache_clear

adding new feature named: chat On/Off the record.

• Allows to embed attached fields intp the node body.

New in this 3.0

• Support for Video.js 4.0.0.
• Support for subtitle tracks.
• Support for looping, hiding player controls and changing preload behavior.
• Setup above settings for each field and view individually, as well as width and height of the player.
• Load the Video.js files from the Video.js CDN - downloading and installing the player is no longer necessary!
• Locate the Video.js files using the Libraries API.

It has come to my attention that the last update didn't include the latest code, even though the dev version did. Oh well. Here it is, then.
