Removed LICENSE.txt file.

This is a maintenance update that updates a load of contrib modules, as well as removes the need for patches.

Note: This update may require a registry rebuild.
If you are having issue's with Bean module while updating, you may need to rebuild your registry. Instructions can be found at https://drupal.org/project/registry_rebuild.

Social Links changes
If you are using the Social Media links, this functionality has changed. After running update.php, enable the aGov "Social Links" module. This will provide a new block which you can configure your social links on. The old menu can be removed.
