Quick turn release for #2014997: "must equal" and "must not equal" should be dichototomous.

Be aware! This release changed the behavior of the "must not equal" operator, so you may need to change your contexts.

Adds a dependency on the HTMLMail module which let's us provide accurate testing previews and integrates better with the MailSystem module.

* Re-write how sorting is configured so it's possible to specify any sequence of propertyOrderBy and fieldOrderBy calls.
* Configure whether items are passed to theme('item_list').

This still will need some work.

Rules dependency has been removed. If you need Rules options like 7.x-1.x use Entity Rules with this module.

Current Rules will need to be manually changed.
