Another quick-turn release that breaks API backward compatibility; this should be the last.

Be aware! This release changed the way Context Query Parameter conditions are stored. You will need to recreate any existing contexts that use this condition immediately after upgrading this module.

This fixes some bugs introduced in 7.x-1.2 due to the config file changes and other changes, plus other routine fixes and minor features.

Initial alpha public release.
