Nightly development snapshot of Commons 7.x-3.x.

This updates to the latest version of Entity and a few other modules, makes Colorbox not break the entire Drupal.org build process, and also gives some sanity to release naming — in short, all minor updates will be in a tag like 7.x-1.3-alphaX; the next major update will be 1.4, available sometime in July. Apologies for any confusion.

Make it more simple to build breadcrumb through Rules UI.
