Development release of the new Iconfonts module (submodule of fontyourface).

First release of the module :). Everything seems to be working, there are a few new features to add but it currently it does what it says on the tin.

- #1935256 by Primsi: Fixed When a form has more than one submit button plupload always submits using the first one.

Version 2.x Development Release

Uses the Commerce VAT module rater than the Commerce Tax module for calculation.

Tax info declaration changes but is much simpler and allows for historical rates/future rate changes but without having to create a new 'rate'.

Place of supply rules now happen first before rate conditions, this should be an improvement to performance.
