Initial alpha release for further testing.

This starts a brave new world on the 4.x branch. Version was increased from 1.x to 4.x to align the version number of this project with the ckeditor project. Textbook is a way of implementing ckeditor most effectively and with the best accessibility defaults. As such, the following new features appear in the 4.x branch
