current development branch for the 7.x-1.x version.

The initial release of Apache Solr not-a-node.

- Updated PayPal module and optimized callback script file for PayPal
- Implemented Postback params.
- Code optimization has been done.
- Version compatibility has been checked.
- Novalnet iDEAL and Telephone payment have been integrated.
- Novalnet Credit Card payment method has been updated.

Changes since 7.x-1.1:

• #2031469 by murfi, murrayw, Dave Reid | Media Crumb: Fixed formatter settings not saving properly.
• #2012770 by dawehner: Fixed boolean_formatter_display_value_with_format() was backwards.

First Alpha Release.
