Issue 2063943 by vlad.leo: Incorrect default mathjax settings for /( /) inline math fixed.

- New version of Patterns Server that relies on the creation of entities for them.
- Only clients running Pattern Client >=7.x-2.x (coming soon) can establish a proper connections with it for the moment.

First release:
- Provides the capability of acting as a hub to store patterns. Allows Drupal sites running Patterns Client to pull/push patterns from/to it.
- Coder tests passed.
- Still dependes on Patterns 7.x-2.x-dev. Once 7.x-2.0 is released, a stable release of Patterns Sever will be created.
