Initial beta release.

Initial alpha release; the base RoyalSlider functionality and API is partially implemented and the Views Slideshow integration should be good to go.

Need to add a field formatter and work out some kinks before this is considered stable and ready.

Changes since 7.x-2.0-rc2:

• Update puppet-drush.
• Update puppet-drush to add a small delay after updating apt, to avoid 'Reading package lists' errors.
• Fix deprecation notices.
• Remove support for NFS_shares, as nfs is supported in Dir_shares now.

• Change aegir user's shell to bash.
• Add aegir2-dev blueprint.
• Move to Wheezy baseboxes for aegir2 blueprints.
• Update puppet-aegir.
• Add 'quiet' parameter, and use secure_mysql.
• Update docs.
• Add an Nginx blueprint.
• Fix aegir2 blueprint, and add shared_platforms directory via NFS.
