Development release of Webform Charts module.

Fix conflict with Media module where $targetID is not a string

This release fixes a couple bugs founds in the initial 7.x-2.0 release, namely support for custom classes and some warnings/notices being thrown when rendering summaries for new field group items.

3rd release of the 4.x series. Includes the new credit card payment features.
Note that this version requires Webform 4 and CiviCRM 4.4
