Initial release of module.

Dev branch of Meedjum Blog. Should be plenty stable.

Development release for the 7.x-2.x branch.

This changes the countdown block to be a Boxes plugin, and adds pluggable countdowns.

Removed a lot of the code that was duplicate in the cloudflare module, and instead made that module a dependency.
Ran Coder module on it to clean it up.

1.) Cleaned up with Coder
2.) Removed password_hustle_form_user_pass_alter (out of scope for this module)
3.) Added compatibility with two-factor auth by reversing saving the account and finalizing the login
