Fixed Issue #2062921: Select box bug

Layout bug fix.

Theme width can be set at theme setting page.

fixed validation errors and resumption token handling.

Last alpha release didn't 3was made from the wrong branch. This fixes it.

Issues from last release the never got 'released':

First release.

Fixed a few major bugs. Very close to an RC.
