This is presumed to be the final release for D7.

Peg Brandfolder PHP SDK dependency to an appropriate stable release.
Include the following features/updates, which have been in the 7.x-1.dev release for some time:

• Custom permission for browsing assets. Used to restrict asset fetch callback access.
• #3212563 by ndewhurst: Guard against files with extensionless URIs.

Update VWO Smartcode to version 2.0.
