Added error dealing with sites that return an OK response but no favicon data.

Maintenance release of the Drupal 7 series. Includes bug fixes and small API/feature improvements only (no major new functionality); significant new features are only being added to the forthcoming Drupal 8.0 release.

No security fixes are included in this release.

No changes have been made to the .htaccess, web.config, robots.txt or default settings.php files in this release, so upgrading custom versions of those files is not necessary.

7.x-2.x is the first branch removing support for the deprecated SOAP CCU API.

Fixed in this release:

• The same basic MAYO except that this version makes it responsive along with the settings needed to set layout for Big screen, Small screen touch, and Tablet devices.
• This version also reverts back to the old style search input form.
• Increased support for Superfish menus as they are much improved for responsive designs.
• Uses SASS but not a problem when using a sub-theme.
• HTML5 used but didn't go as far as it could have with semantic markup. It's a good start.
