First full release.

Includes the option for querying timelines as opposed to general twitter searches. The current way of doing things still exists, but the added option of being able to display user timelines based on user id is now available via the settings.

Also the a settings option is added under Configuration > Web Services

Introduced the hook_required_by_role_callback_alter to be able to modify the callback to work out the value of the property required in different ways other than the one provided by the module (related to issue #2112443)
