The plugin has been updated to use version 3 of the 51Degrees detection solution. Version 3 has a much faster detection rate and can support more devices.

- Added . to gethostbyname.. See http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.gethostbyname.php#111684
- Added some FAQ to the README.txt
- Report on core failback
