Feature requests and a few minor bug squashes.

• Fix issue: different logos for different languages
• Make images auto height for responsive design

First stable release candidate with all the dependencies removed and made optional.

Onki has moved to Finto (and is now under the control of the Finnish national library with a totally new api and endpoint address). The old version is now deprecated and users should update.

Please consult the module main page documentation for information on new default settings.
