Initial development branch for the Drupal 7 version.

• Fixed issue with search api solr field mapping alteration where wrong fields were adjusted.
• Added ability to limit the number of permutations per field. This comes in handy e.g. if you just want to index the first element of a multi-value field and be able to use all the views integration features of search api.
