Initial stable release of the Eloqua REST API. Ships with composer.json referencing the latest stable 0.1.x of Elomentary.

Update to match the detection of the latest BitPay library code.

It was time for a stable release, so to encourage other to use the module. It's running fine on a production server and with recent fixes it should be pretty stable.

This release fixes the SSO with Chamilo (but only from Chamilo LMS 1.9.8.3 as Chamilo also required some minor fixes to main/inc/local.inc.php and main/auth/sso/sso.class.php).

Also fixes a character encoding issue in courses list and reduces the security concerns by using a temporary key generated on the fly by Chamilo LMS.

Beta to beta is not well tested or supported. Please be careful when updating. Remember to take a backup of both your database and code.
