• Fix compatibility with Libraries 2.0
• Update function names:
  • datalayer_add()
  • hook_datalayer_meta()
  • my_module_datalayer_alter()
• Update global entity property variable name: datalayer_global_entity_meta
• Generalized id and title for all entities
• Avoid including bundle entirely when not present
• handle that users lack a label entity info
