Issue #2306021: Clickjacking prevention. A status report flags that the Frameprevention module is not configured to disallow other sites framing your site/app.

Also adds Tamil locale support and a workaround for negative cart items not otherwise supported by Secure Acceptance. This release is the same as 7.x-1.0-rc5.
