This is the third beta release of the Eloqua API module. It introduces several small new features and fixes one major bug. Details below.

Initial alpha release. All basic testing criteria suceeded, module appears to work. Due to change in client specs project no longer requires module, so pushing to alpha for hopes of community involvement.
