Move to GitLabCI for testing, plus some minor coding standards fixes. No new features or bug fixes.

This release inadvertently broke compatibility with PHP 5.

Please use either the 7.x-1.28 release or the previous 7.x-1.26 release if you are using PHP 5.

This minor update removes blank lines in the .cmk.inc output file.

Note: Test this before going to production. Verify the jquery version being used. If you are using jquery version 1.8 and older, recommend either updating to jquery 1.10 which could cause issues with your other dependencies OR sticking to an older release such as 7.x-1.49.
