The .gitignore was preventing /vendor/aklump/loft_data_grids/composer.json to be committed to projects, and when said projects were using composer_manager, this could lead to file not found errors. This removes that file exclusion.
Note, this release branch is considered end-of-life (EOL). Please consider upgrading to the 7.x-4.x (if your site uses composer to manage dependencies) or 7.x-3.x branches.

Upstream CKEditor library default version update due to its two CVEs.
If you use the CKEditor module for Drupal 7.x, upgrade to CKEditor 7.x-1.22
Important note: If you use the CKEditor CDN, it is highly recommended to update the CKEditor JavaScript library to the newest version. To do so, edit the "CKEditor Global profile" settings in admin panel, at /admin/config/content/ckeditor/editg.
