This release is focused on bug fixes, in particular fixes for PHP 8.1.

Includes a fix for #2552405: A patch uploaded by user X in comment N mysteriously appeared in a comment by user Y in comment N+4 after cross-posting with user Z

Adding a Reject all button and Close button. This will hopefully be the last beta before a release of 1.20. Please test this feature and report any issues in the issue queue.
