Updated to use Drupal core 7.92.

The first release of version 7.x-2.0 of the module. There is no upgrade path and the configuration of the 7.x-2.0 version is not compatible with the 7.x-1.0. WARNING: After updating, you need to change the configuration of the module on this page /admin/config/services/consent-manager.

Features:

• Used the latest versions of the integration codes.
• Added configuration options for the CDN and host.
• Added requirement to the status report.

Bugfixes:

• Don't report a UNIX socket as a warning.

Code style and multiple minor fixes.
